2002 Honda Accord pings when warm
2002 Honda Accord mileage: 97,000. The problem is when the car is warm and I hit the pedal repeatedly or between shifting (stick shift), I hear valve pinging. In addition, if I drive the car for a long time on the highway and get off the valve pinging gets worst. I did the following to fix the problem but no success. I changed the plugs, air filter, fuel filter and wires. Your help is appreciated.

Your problems may be caused by incorrect valve timing or ignition timing. Also check for proper EGR valve operation.
