2002 Holden Commodore Drivers Window Will Down Switch Pressed Get Rapid

Drivers window will not go down. When the switch is pressed I get a rapid clicking sound. I have replaced the motor and relay but not good. Could it be the auto down control? Where do I find it and how to fix it?
