Horsepower

My truck loses horsepower while driving. I can set my cruise control @ 75 mph on the interstate and once I go up the slightest incline I will go down to 68mph or so and the only way for me to get back up to speed is to floor the gas pedal and it still takes a minute or two to get back up to speed.

Do you have a check engine light?

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
