TC p0300- p0420- po113 -p0107- p0507- p0495 - bogs hard (and sometimes I hear a lot of air and a whistle) at any given time after 50mph but not at the same speed every time and the car does not always or immediately lose power there's no rhyme or reason to me, rpm not running over 3, has not stalled but it could be that I did not let it before stopping, replaced the air filter, spark plugs, two oxygen sensors, the fuel filter and another sensor that I cannot remember the name( t14167 EC1686). The last sensor it seemed greatly increased my power however the problem remains. Is it a clogged converter a sticking throttle body something else entirely IDK please help

Check battery for condition including load test most places do for free. With code 495 and 113 cooling fan code may be false. Clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner and check fan connection for corrosion use dielectric compound when connecting. Also check coolant sensor as that may be a problem as well.
