Ford Taurus Noise Problem
Wining sound when engine is cold when I apply gas. Also when turning.

Make sure the power steering fluid is full. If it is, ask a mechanic to just listen to the car to see if the power steering pump is making the noise. It is common for the pumps to go bad and make noise on these cars.
