2002 Ford Taurus Hello Trying Replace Front Brake Pads On Passenger Side Driver

hello, I have a 2002 Ford Taurus and I am trying to replace the front brake pads on the passenger side and the driver side but the bolts on the calibur is stripped, like it is in a complete circle. How can I get it off?
