How much should it cost to replace rear leaf spring mount on a 2002 ford ranger pick up

Depends on the shop's hourly labor charge, whether they go according to the "flat rate" manual or actual time it takes them, and if the bolts are rusty and must be cut off. The rear shackle itself will probably cost less than $20.00.
