Ford Ranger Clutch Problem

I have a 2002 Ford Ranger 4x4 4.0 5 speed. This morning while driving to work, I noticed the clutch had a lot less tension in it. It became difficult to disengage the transmission. I began double and triple clutching just to get the transmission in and out of gear. I stalled it twice and was unable to get the truck into gear for several seconds when red lights changed to green. Please tell me this is something I can fix easily.

have your clutch look at first it may be a hydraulic problem.
