When I shift from fourth to fifth my car jults and shakes. (When I am merging onto the highway and try to speed up it shakes)?
Also, my air conditioner blows out hot air. I think there is a leak?

IF the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned for trouble codes. If there is no light, check to make sure there isn't an issue with the clutch causing a shaking. Other than that, many things can cause it such as a weak fuel pump or needing a tune up.
