How do I remove the fuel filter. I think it a factory part.

I don't think the factory fuel filter has ever been replaced, and I can't get it off the lines.

1. Disconnect the battery.Â.
2. Relieve the fuel system pressure. For additional information,  refer to FUEL PRESSURE RELEASEÂ.
3. Raise the vehicle.Â.
4. Disconnect the filter push connect fittings.Â.
5. Unsnap the filter from the bracket and remove.

Piec enclosed. You may need a special tool to release the clips inside filter.
