RIGHT HAND NOISE TURNING RIGHT

I have a problem when turning my car right it makes a vibration. When I straighten it up or make a left hand turn it is fine. I have had wheel bearings put on all around the car wxcept for the drivers front and have had the motor mounts tightened. I also had a tie rod put on in the front passenger side
