Noise from my car

My car is making a very loud noise while driving and when starting the engine. Please advise what that can be?

One of 152 things. Do you want me to list all of 'em? Which side of the car? What kind of noise? A single thump? Constant buzzing? Whistle? Metallic rattle? Anything you can do to make it go away, get louder, change pitch, etc? Does it change when turning the steering wheel?

If its a 2.0 you may have a broken cam sensor in your valve cover to front passenger side
