Engine fan not working properly
The car turns on the engine cooling fans to be high, but when I'm in a traffic jam or when the car is in low speed, it begins to overheat. This makes the A / C on. If used with the A / C off, begins to fail as if you were off and overheats. When I reach my destination, whether or not it has overheated, the car gives off a smell of coolant spilled. I changed the timing belt, water pump, pulleys, tensioners, retainers, coolant expansion tank with lid, Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor, thermostat housing, radiator, etc.. I wonder how I can help. Thank you. . .

Have the block power flushed. Remove the thermostat and have it power flushed.
