2002 Ford F-150 Repair Question

Why does My 2002 f150 vibrates when i put it in drive or reverse but not in nuetral or parked
I changed the spark pligs thinkin that was the problem and the service engine like came on

you may have a bad coil or coil boots. normally the one in the back on pass side is bad but a scan will determine which cylinder is malfuntioning
