2002 Ford Explorer Repair Question

Have a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT, I keep getting DTC p1506 IAC overspeed error. There is no vacum leak that the shop can find, have replaced valve cover gaskets, intake gaskets, the IAC itself, the pcv valve, and the tps. I still keep getting this code and t
Did not get this code until the valve cover was replaced. I have replaced the following items: 1) the intake gaskets
2) the pcv valve
3) the IAC itself
4) the TPS sensor
when the shop has it on their machine it is not over ideling...it is ideling around 700 to 750

Clean the throttle body and also the MAF sensor and see what happens
