2002 Ford Expedition Repair Question

I have a 2002 expedition, my oil was low then while sitting at a light the rpm neddle started bouncing then my car cut off and wont start back. but it will turn over two 0r 3 times
Knocking sound was heard after i started th car. put in two quarts that morning then 5 when it cut off on me later that night. tried to jump it and it still wont start

you had to add 5qts? That is all it holds. Will the engine turn at all?
