2002 Ford Excursion Repair Question

Ford Excursion (2002) won't go up
My 2002 Ford Excursion Drivers side window won't go up. About a year ago I replaced the switch. I can hear a intermittent ticking coming from inside the door...even when I'm not pressing the switch.

your probably gonna have to get inside door and see whats going on. what was the reason you replaced switch before?
