Ford Escort Engine Problem
can i plug in my 2002 ford escort in an elctrical outlet at night during winter so it will start in the morning

If it has an engine heater installed.
You shouldn't need an engine heater for a 2002 model to start in cold weather. If it doesn't start down to -20 degrees, you need a tune-up, you have an old battery, there's a problem that hasn't been diagnosed, or there's an issue with the quality of the gas.
