we have replaced the crank sensor, added more fuel, it has good inject pressure, but won't turn over.

Will the engine start with starting fluid? If so, check the injectors to make sure they are getting power. Make sure the fuel pressure is within spec. If it doesn't start, check for spark to the plugs.

Engine cranking, do have good spark at the plugs? What is the fuel pressure spec? Use a noid lite, check injector pulse.
