2002 Fiat Stilo Repair Question

Squeak on wheel
Hi I have a rather annoying squeak which gets loader and more severe as I drive on the front wheel drivers side of my 2002 Fiat Stilo, I have replaced both sets od discs and pads but it has had no effect. I was wondering if you had any idea what it may be and how I could solve the problem.

It may be related to the drive shaft, you may be able to jack the car up and place on stands, turn the wheel and listen around the back of the stub where the axle fits in, there is a seal there that may be dry and rubbing.
