2002 Fiat Stilo Repair Question

I have a 16v active (02). when i turn the key the engine starts but when giving gas the engine does not rev.
The engine seems to be running fine but as stated above the engine doesnt rev at all when applying the throttle.

Check EGR, Idle air control valve, and throttle position sensor.
