When im Driving the Truck, when I hit the brakes hard the check gauges light comes on and the Oil pressure gauge drops to low but when I press the gas it goes back to normal. I dont hear any knocking.

Its not dropping too much it feels normal but I can tell its lacking power.

Are you sure the oil is full? Also, you may have a bad oil sending unit. However, you may want to test the oil pressure before replacing it to make sure that is the problem.
