Dodge Ram Spark Problem
02 5.9l cranks but wont start. It is geting spark, and fuel pressure is 45 psi at the rail. I have no trouble codes at this time, however i didnt have communication when i first pluged the scan tool in. The cigar lighter fuse was blown, communication was restored after replacing the fuse.

When it spins over does it sound as if it is spinning at the normal speed or faster than normal?
If that's OK, check the spark plugs for fouling (excessive fuel will leave a black powedery residue on them which will keep them for firing).
Since the spark plugs are out, check the compression as well.
