2002 Dodge Neon Engine bogging down, low idle

My neon is bogging down on acceleration and idles very low when stopped. It also stinks pretty bad. My car gave me the code 32. Which is EGR valve, but from doing a little research, my neon doesn't have an EGR valve. So why would it give me that code if I don't even have one. What else could it be?

Is your car really 2002? If the check engine light is on the code should look something like PXXXX or another example is p0300. If your car is before 1996 it would have the older code system of 32 flashing from the check engine light. Please provide more information so I can assist you better.
