Excessive fuel consumption and hard to start in the morning

AFTER A MECHANIC DID A TUNE UP IN MY DODGE CARAVAN 2002. THE VAN WENT CRAZY I HAVE CHANGE PCV VALVE TWICE BECAUSE OIL WAS COMING INSIDE THE INTAKE, MAP SENSOR, OXYGEN SENSOR, MUFFLER,ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM(COMPUTER)I HAVE TO CHANGE THE SPARK PLUGS TWICE AND THE IGNITION COIL. I EVEN TOOK IT FOR A FULL INJECTOR CLEANER. AND MY VAN STILL THE SAME: HARD TO START IN THE MORNING AND EXCESSIVE FUEL CONSUMPTION. RUNS FINE I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHAT GOING ON WITH IT.WHAT YOU THINK COULD BE THE PROBLEM.

Do you have a check engine light?

Could be running too rich due to the following below

1.Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line
2.Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3.Leaking injectors and fuel pressure regulator.
4.Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5.Restricted air intake system.
