Dodge 600 Mechanic Problem
I have a 2002 Dodge Durango and I have taken it to my mechanic twice for the same reason. The RPMs keep revving up and down while in idle eventually shutting off. My mechanic did a major tune-up and a fuel injection cleanse but neither seemed to work. Could it be my transmission?

Have him check the idle air control valve as well as check for vacuum leaks.
