My car usually starts on first attempt. This morning it took 3 attempts 10 minutes apart before it started (I understand due to cold weather), but how can I tell if my car has a problem?

If it's really cold outside, maybe there's water in the gas. Try using a bottle of "Heat" in the gas tank first.

If this doesn't work, maybe the pressure regulator has developed a leak and is sending the fuel back to the tank when you cut the car off. The FPR is designed to keep fuel pressure at the engine when the car is off, so when you try to start it, it starts right away instead of having to push fuel from the tank up to the engine.
