I cannot find the upper housing Bolt for the starter

Also, if the connection between the wire and the starter is a spade plug, close the connector up some so more friction and pressure is created between the two. This will help hold the connector and assure a better electrical connection over a longer period of time.

Have it taped up till I can get the right sealant. Will be able to finish it tomorrow or friday. Thank you both so much for your help.
