Headlight Cover
My PT Cruiser is a 2002 and the headlight casing (cover) is milky white. It used to be clear. How do I get it off and get it clean inside?

That's a sealed unit. You might get in it by removing one of the head light bulbs. If there's moisture / water in it, you might need to drill a very small drain hole in the bottom of the housing. There was a service bulletin for that in the early '90s on Caravans that also had sealed assemblies.
