2002 Chrysler Neon Repair Question

Chrysler Neon Dent Problem
Hi, my car does not want to go into reverse gear. All the other gears are working without any problems. No noises or any other warning signs preceded the incident.

internal failure in trans. it will have to be removed and inspected.
