2002 Chevrolet Tracker Repair Question

What is wrong with my 2002 Chevy Tracker?
I have a 2002 Chevy Tracker with 140000 miles. I was driving it to work and had it in 4 wheel drive because of the snow. It revved up loud and cut off and now I can't get it to start. Motor turns by hand a quarter of a turn and then its solid.

The engine could be seized-remove all the sparkplugs and try turning the engine 2 revolution

It doesnt have spark plugs it has coil packs

Your pretty sure it doesn't have sparkplugs-better check again, because sparkplug wires goes somewhere other than the coil packs.
