Compressor is not getting power. Fuses and switch good.

I haven't looked at your wiring yet, for the compressor, but, being low on refrigerant is the usual problem. Also, at the applicable fuses, did you check for voltage? Use a test light.

Just to add, for the compressor clutch relay, two fuses, one is hot all the time, the other goes hot with key on.
