2002 Chevy Prizm runs great when cold misfires eccessively when warms up under a load

The car runs great before the engine warms up, but after that it runs rough at any speed or rpm range, in gear, but it revs up with no hesatation or skip in nuetral or park. But when a load is on the motor it starts skipping erratically. I have changed coils, sparkplugs, cat con, O2 sensors, cam-crank-knock-temp-ect-sensors but no change switched injectors around, smoked the vacum lines what am I missing it has me puzzled, the ECM-ECU-PCM has been checked its fine also. PLEASE HELP ME IM STUMPED oh yea it has thrown a 01300-01400 code out there to which is a unknown code in any manual or guide I have access to?

What did you use to get the code? I don't believe that is the correct code and thus the reason you could not get any reference to it.

The EXACT and correct code would be required to understand what is possiby wrong. If the code are really as shown, the PCM is not fine. When codes other than those listed are shown it usually means a bad PCM.

P1300 is an iginition coil CIRCUIT probllem it can be the pcm shorted to ground a bad ground for coils you'll hav eto see if there is a short to ground between the areas i'm sending there an dpcm that may be your problem.

The code came up while I was checking the pulse on the coils. It was sending a safety to the pcm I wasn't looking in the rite place in my cputer. I have a head-on OBD2 with the latest upgrades, I also have Mitchell on demand on the cputer

I have also went into the generic side in mode 6 and checked the cylinders individually and they all misfire randomly without purpose

P0300 is random misfire and most common causes are fuel pressure, incorrect spark plugs and compression.

What are the fuel pressure and compression readings?

If engine is sludged, check the Intake Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid for sticking.

49 psi on the fuel and 170- 180 psi in each cylinder

When it misfiring it seems as if its overloading on fuel also, so if the cam actuator is sticking would that cause it to flood the motor, I thought it would lean the fuel mix out

Its almost as if the choke is on after the engine warms up and if the camshaft actuator isn't fictioning properly is that the symptoms it would have or not?

When the camshaft actuator fails to work correctly, the valves might be closing too late or early causing operating problems. This can mean flooding as gases are not being burnt completely.

This can cause a no start condition as well as the compression would drop then.

The camshaft works off the intake camshaft which is the one the valve timing can change if the solenoid is not working correctly.
Remove the oil filter to check for clogging. If necessary test the CMP solenoid operations.

Ive got the plug out of the cam actuator filter but can't get the filter itself out or the cam actuator itself off it has sezed up on the head and in afraid to pull on it to hard and break something is there a special tool for either of these

No special tools. The solenoid is plugged in and sludge can result in it being seized. Try to slowly twist it to and fro and spray some WD-40 around it. Carb cleaner might be better to help loosen the sludge as it can penetrate better but it dries up fast as well.

Spray the carb cleaner into the filter area to help clean it and also the cleaner would be able to loosen the sludge internally.

Usually when this occurs, the likelyhood of taking out the solenoid intact is slim.

Btw any fault with the solenoid can result in slight rattling noise when engine is running, do you have this noise problem?

The plug had sludge inside it it has a pocket in the end of it I sure hope that this sludge build up is the problem

I am not sure how it is but it should be a screen type. If you use carb cleaner on it, you should be able to clean some to get a viausl. At least even if you can't remove, the carb cleaner can help to clear any clogging. Compressed air would help to clear it better but make sure you coer up with rags to prevent oil from spilling all over.

Seems the valve is the most lightly cause with the presence of the noise. You might need to replace the valve which should you should be able to get from the junk yard.
