2002 Chevrolet Malibu Repair Question

Misfire P0306 cylinder #6 engin 3.1L v6 motor
Have checked spark at plug and coil/changed plugs/wires/swapped coils-no change/pulled injector #6 swapped for #2 checked ohms on injectors all the same/no vacuum leaks checked with directed propane technique/replaced head gasket and intake manifold gaskets
replaced ICM no change starts easy runs at idle but has no power when test driven and speed exceeds 40mph Check engine light will flash when you push the accelerator pedal down hard. Getting good fuel pressure. cylinder 6 compression check (172psi)and within 10% of other cylinders. no other codes being recorded. would a TPS cause a misfire? what ever we do cylinder 6 keeps coming up with code P0306.

I did not see in all that you did, did you check to see if the injector is spraying does it get a pulse and does it have a ground.
