Can a fuse cause the cooling fans to work and which one would it be please help my cooling fans will not come one and o want to know if I caca replace the fuse but there are 3you which one do in need to replace

All fuses and relays are in underhood fuse box, fan control 1 &2 are for fans. Turnon a/c and see if they work. If they do it may be a relay bad. There are two of those as well they shold be marked under fuse box lid
