My problem started out as the car would stall at idle with AC running. Then progressed to stalling at idle at a stop or while stopping. Not all the time until all of a sudden I was at a stop light it stalled and when I started it up it was idling rough and I limped it home at 40 mph. It was stuttering and puttering with white smoke. I have changed the plugs, fuel filter, ignition control scensor, tps and cleaned the throttle body. I dont know if this affects anything but a couple days before it got worse I did the spray sea foam treatement hoping that would clean the sensors and fix the problem. Thank you for your help.

There are a number of things going on here, but we need to start by checking the head gasket to make sure that it is okay.

If it is not, then we need to address that before we go any further.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

Once we know if there is a head gasket issue or not then we can take the next step which is checking fuel pressure.

Here is a guide that will help with doing this:

If both these systems check out, then we have one last guide that will get us on the path of the other items that will cause a stall issue.

Let's run through all this info and let us know what questions you have.

Thanks
