Okay. I have an '02 Cavalier that seems to have major issues with moisture. Whenever it rains or snows, the car idols rough, bogs during acceleration, bucks constantly, idols low to the point of stalling when stopped at stop lights, and and the trac off light comes on. When it isn't wet outside, it runs just fine. I have changed the plugs and wires twice, distributor cap, brought it to 2 dealerships and a independent auto shop. No one can give me answers.
