2002 Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

Chevy - stayed out in the rain for a few hours and now there are electrical issues...
Light on dash, radio and gauges flicking on and off as I drive. Also idle seems to be really low once the car is in gear and not moving.

Has the check engine light come on?

The check engine light has not come on yet. It first happend 3 days ago then it was fine for 2 days. It is always parked in a garage and today as I was leaving for work, I put the truck into reverse, the idle dropped really low and everything started to flicker and the gauges dropped to 0 then back to normal.
