Not getting fuel to the throttle bore

My 2002 chevy blazer not getting fuel to the throttle, new fuel pump and new fuel filter fuel getting through line but no fuel in the throttle. When a gas rag in throttle it starts right up than shortly kills

When I try to crank it it wont start up I feplaced fuel pump and filter now I am getting fuel through the line to the pressure check point but still no fuel to the throttle when I soak a rag in gas and set it inthe throttle it starts right up than when the rag dries it kills need some help

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs

It depends if its a TBI, MPFI or CPI fuel system
