i have a 2002 chevy blazer. it doesn't start unless i jump start it and runs fine when i do. i took it to the mechanic who says the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel pump needs replacement (700$) as well as a tune up. Is that too pricey? and necessary? what should i do?
