The brakes on my 2002 Cadillac Deville pulse like the rotors are warped. I replaced the from pads and rotors which looked fine and the pads were still well over 1/2 to the good. There is 60,000 mls on the car. After putting new pads and rotors on it didn't help. At first it was worse, but now is like it was before I did the work. Could this be an ABS problem?

What condition are the rear disc brakes in? Does the pulsation make the steering wheel shake, or does the whole car vibrate when applying brakes? Unless you are having premature abs activation at the end of a stop this is more than likely not an abs problem, also when replacing rotors make sure that all rust is buffed off the mounting surface of the bearing, if rust buildup is left on this can and will cause pulsation.

The shop didnt true the rotors. They need to take 1/1000 off each rotor. That will stop the pulsation.
