What can the problem be? PLEASE HELP!

i have a 2002 buick regal and somethings really wierd going on when i start it i can drive fmaybe like 30-40 ft and then it turns off, and when it turns off and i give contact you can here a loud clicking noise coming from the fuse box and everything on the dashboard flashes, when i turn it back on you can hear the car tries to turn over by itself and then turns off and on by itself.... i checked the battery its putting out 12.4 volts when its off and 14.6 volts when its on... did the theft system turn on? what can be the problem? how can i fix it ? is it expensive?

Do you have a check engine light coming on? You might want to start checking the relays in the fuse box-If its trying to start the car-try the starter relay-

i looked on the fuse box panel but i cannot find the starter relay is there some other name for it?

no i checked the fuses and they seem to be okay...

Then what's clicking in the fuse box as you said earlier
