What can the problem be? PLEASE HELP!

I have a 2002 buick regal and somethings really wierd going on when I start it I can drive fmaybe like 30-40 ft and then it turns off, and when it turns off and I give contact you can here a loud clicking noise coming from the fuse box and everything on the dashboard flashes, when I turn it back on you can hear the car tries to turn over by itself and then turns off and on by itself. I checked the battery its putting out 12.4 volts when its off and 14.6 volts when its on. Did the theft system turn on? What can be the problem? How can I fix it? Is it expensive?

Do you have a check engine light coming on? You might want to start checking the relays in the fuse box-If its trying to start the car-try the starter relay-

I looked on the fuse box panel but I cannot find the starter relay is there some other name for it?

No I checked the fuses and they seem to be okay.
