Dual climate control not working
When the digital climate control panel lights up heat wont work but when it just lights up the speed lights heat will work.. Mainly works on hot days and not cold ones. If you touch the controls while it is displaying temp it will go blank

Have you had it scanned for codes? The CEL doesn't have to be lit for codes to be set.

yes it has several codes P0420, P1554, P1585, P1811, U1153 that I'm still trying to figure out what they all mean..

P0420=TWC System Low Efficiency (Bank 1) Catalytic Converter issue.
P1554=Incorrect Cruise Engage Signal
P1585=Cruise Inhibit Signal Circuit
P1811=Maximum Adapt and Long Shift
U1153=Module Communication
The last one makes me think there is a wiring problem.
