Buick Park Avenue Fuse Problem
The Radio and clock do not work. The car was jumped but the jumper cables were hooked backwards (positive to negative) and an arc was created. at least one fuse was blown but the fuses for the radio and clock looked okay. They were replaced with new fuses anyway but it didn't help.

Look for other systems that don't work, and be sure you checked the fuses under the hood AND inside the car. There are two for the radio but the one for the station presets and clock memory aren't usually labeled as such. That circuit is typically tied in with something else that is always live like the interior lights, horn, or cigarette lighter.
