Which one should I buy?

Hello,
I am currently having talks concerning buying a 2002 BMW 745i.
It has a mileage of about 133000 miles and is currently going for $8000. The a/c doesn't blow cold and in about 6 months the brakes will have to changed. Also there are minor cracks on the front wind shield. I am just wondering if it is worth buying this car car or buying a 2004 BMW 745i that is going for about $11,000 with a mileage of about 100,000 miles on it.
