2002 BMW Head Gasket
Took my 2002 BMW 325i to mechanic to repair a head gasket. He resurfaced the block and tried to put new inserts/bolts into the block but the my car is leaking anti freeze. What happened? Do I need a new block? How much will a new block cost me? How long does it usually take to repair a head gasket?

The possibility the "mechanic" you have retained is incompetent looms large.
