Car was parked in drive noticed passenger side lights were going on and off went and put key in ignition and turned on and off switched lights on and off but no joy came home from work 24 hrs later and lights still on I put key back in turned and washers came on. Help fraser. Belt that drives power steering broke two days before light problem

I don't know why you were driving this without a belt. That could be very hazardous to your engine. That belt ma have also driven the water pump and/or alternator. It sounds like your battery may be dead now. That is the first thing you need to do is replace the belt and have the battery charged and tested before going any further.
