Wife was driving her car into our lane and it died and haulted to a stop. She said she lost power then it died. It wont start again. I am guessing a fuel pump? Should I check the relay, or is there something else I should try before digging into the fuel pump? All of the lights and accessories work when turning the key, it just wont turn over.

So does it crank and not start or no start no crank? Have you checked for codes in the computer? Also for spark?

Also will it start for a few seconds if you spray some carb spray in the throttle body?

Check the fuel pump fuse (20A). Check your owners' manual for exact location.
Also, the quickest way to check the fuel pump relay is to switch it with another identical relay from the fuse box. If the problem goes away, the relay is bad.

If relay and fuse check out to be good, check for power at the fuel pump/sending mounted unit on the gas tank. The gray/yellow wire should have power with the key on and/or engine cranking. If you're getting power there, but the fuel pump still does not work, you'll have to remove it for further test and/or to replace it.
If you have to replace it, be sure to replace the fuel filter as well.

Keeps blowing the fuse. At first it was about every 100 miles but today it blew almost every mile. Started having this problem after we got it back from the shop for putting tires on it. Possible they pinched a wire or where is a good place to start?

Trace the wires from the fuel tank (these are the fuel pump wires. If is possible that when they raised the vehicle the pinched a wire so tracing the wires might reveal the problem.
