My car was running perfectly until I ran through a water puddle on a rainy day. The water covered half of the tires but it made the car turn off. I waited until the rain stopped and the water went away and then I tried turning on the car but it wouldn't turn on. I took my car to be examined and they said that the engine was locked up. Could that really happen? If so how can I fix it?
