The engine is weak and the car is loosing water like every three days it looses three liters, and I don't see any water around it, and it spend gas about 20 liter for 170 k is that good?
Any I changed the spark plug, air filter, gas filter, , air filter and oil every time, what's the problem?

Check for a head gasket problem and a pressure test for any external leaks.

You use a chemical block tester to look for a head gasket leak thats about one of the easiest.
